Theme: This week the theme will be the letter ‘Pp’. ‘P’ is for:

Reading Readiness Focus:
This week students will focus on the letter ‘Pp’ which in Spanish sounds the same as in English.
? M. Paty’s class will introduce some of the vocabulary from above and briefly introduce the letter ‘Pp’.
? M. Dora’s class will identify and match lower case to capital and isolate its sound.
? M.Bertha’s class will be working on printing capital and lower case ‘Pp’ in addition to the above.

Math:
Students will be working on the concept of ‘par’ (pair).

Science and Nutrition:
? Children will talk about the body, focusing on body parts that come in pairs.
? Children will be making pizza.
