Preschool Admissions
Overview
Students are admitted to Centro Armonia School on a first come, first served basis subject to availability.Priority enrollment consideration is given to: re-enrolling students and students enrolled in the summer program.
Application and Enrollment Process
The first step in Centro Armonia School’s enrollment process is to visit the school to insure that Centro Armonia is a good match for your child. If Centro Armonia is a good match for your child and you wish to enroll your child in the program you can start the registration process by filling out the form located here. When you complete the pre-registration form you will receive a message with a link to download the enrollment packet.
The next step in the enrollment process is to complete the forms and submit them to the school along with the following non-refundable fees:
- Registration fee ($100 per child or $150 for more than one child)
- The first month’s tuition
- Enrollment fee (equal to one month’s tuition for your child’s schedule)*
Note: The enrollment fee will be applied to the final month’s tuition (June) provided the student remains at Centro Armonia School for the full academic year (September – June) and all other fees are current.

Rates subject to change with 30-day notice.
Payment Schedule: Tuition is paid in 10 monthly payments (September-June). There are no changes in the tuition amount for longer or shorter months. Tuition is due on the 1st of the month (in advance) and is considered late on the 5th of the month. A late fee of $25 may be assessed if tuition is not paid in full by the 5th of each month. Students may be suspended if late payments are not received by the 20th of the month in which they are due. If difficulties arise please speak with the business manager or director. Summer session fees are on a different schedule and will be published separately from the 10 month academic school year.
Before/After School Extended Care: Extended care is charged in hourly increments. There will be a late charge of $1.00 per minute for children picked up after their designated pick up time. Charges will be included in the monthly billing.
