I was born in Paso Robles, CA but grew up in San Jose. I graduated from Santa Teresa High School, then got my degree in accounting. I worked many years as an office manager doing accounting, HR and customer service.
Shortly after getting married in 1998 my husband and I started on our journey of parenthood. We were blessed with 4 wonderful children who keep me busy. The opportunity to stay home with them when they were little was a blessing I enjoyed. Being involved in my children’s education is very important; therefore, I enrolled them and myself in a co-op preschool. When my kids started elementary school I volunteered in the classrooms and became a leader in their scouting troops. My 4 children are a little older now and need less of my time, not to say they don’t keep me busy. My husband asked me, “what are you going to do with all your free time?”. I knew I needed to be someplace where there were kids. I love being around kids and their enthusiasm for life makes what we do worthwhile.
The opportunity came available for me to work at Centro Armonia Preschool, I couldn’t be happier! I love working around kids, their curiosity, uninhibited laughter and joy for life is amazing! I am new to Centro Armonia and enjoy the opportunity to be back in the work force.
